Our Services

AF Therapy Services provides eight NDIS-funded allied health services from our Balcatta clinic and on-site hydrotherapy pool: Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Hydrotherapy, Allied Health Assistant support, Exercise Physiology, and Group Therapy. Our multidisciplinary team can work together across a single NDIS plan, so your supports are coordinated rather than delivered by separate, disconnected providers. Occupational Therapy

Functional assessments and daily-living skill support for children, adults and seniors.

Speech Therapy

Communication, language and swallowing (dysphagia) support, delivered by Speech Pathology Australia–registered pathologists.

Physiotherapy

Mobility, pain management and rehabilitation, including hydrotherapy-based physio.

Dietician

Personalised nutrition plans for NDIS participants managing complex health and dietary needs.

Hydrotherapy

Water-based rehab in our on-site 15m, 34°C, wheelchair-accessible heated pool.

Allied health assistant

Guided support between formal sessions to keep therapy goals on track.

Exercise Physiologist

Tailored exercise programs for chronic conditions, disability and injury rehabilitation.

Group Therapy

Structured group sessions building social, communication and emotional-regulation skills.
