Our Mission & Vision

At AF Therapy Services, our mission is to empower individuals of all abilities to live healthier, more independent lives through high-quality, person-centred therapy and support services. We are committed to delivering care with compassion, respect, and integrity, while helping our clients reach their full potential in everyday life.

AF Therapy Services is the allied health arm of Access Foundation. We are an NDIS registered provider (Access Foundation Therapy Services Pty Ltd, ABN 48 682 625 958, Organisation ID 4053531602), based at 283 Wanneroo Rd, Balcatta, and we support NDIS participants across Perth's northern suburbs. Check our registration on the NDIS Commission register.

Our therapy clinic and hydrotherapy pool are at 283 Wanneroo Rd, Balcatta WA 6021. Access Foundation (Access Foundation WA Pty Ltd, ABN 34 621 191 348) has its head office at 94 Welshpool Road, Welshpool WA 6106.

Our vision is to be a trusted leader in therapy and support services, creating a more inclusive community where every person has access to the tools, care, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, we aim to redefine what’s possible in allied health care.
