What Is AF Therapy Services?

AF Therapy Services is an NDIS registered allied health provider (Organisation ID 4053531602) based at 283 Wanneroo Rd, Balcatta, in Perth's northern suburbs, and the allied health arm of Access Foundation. We deliver Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Hydrotherapy, Allied Health Assistant support, Exercise Physiology and Group Therapy for children, adults and seniors, including a purpose-built, wheelchair-accessible 15m hydrotherapy pool on site.

AF Therapy Services provides high-quality, NDIS-funded therapy services designed to help individuals overcome everyday challenges. Our multidisciplinary team offers eight allied health services — Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Physiotherapy, Dietetics, Hydrotherapy, Allied Health Assistant support, Exercise Physiology, and Group Therapy — from our Balcatta clinic and on-site heated hydrotherapy pool. With a client-focused approach and experienced professionals, we ensure the best outcomes in a safe and supportive environment.

How It Works

Step 1 — Reach Out for an Initial Consultation

Contact us by phone, email, or the referral form — anyone can refer, including support coordinators, GPs, families, or participants themselves.

Step 2 — Personalised Assessment & Planning

One of our therapists carries out an initial assessment and builds a plan tailored to your NDIS goals and funding.

Step 3 — Begin Your Therapy Journey

Start regular sessions at our Balcatta clinic — including hydrotherapy pool sessions where appropriate — or via telehealth for eligible services.

Is AF Therapy Services an NDIS-registered provider?

Yes. AF Therapy Services (Access Foundation Therapy Services Pty Ltd, ABN 48 682 625 958) is an NDIS registered provider, Organisation ID 4053531602. Our approved registration groups are Early Childhood Supports, Plan Management, Therapeutic Supports, Home Modification, and Exercise Physiology and Personal Well-being Activities. You can check our registration on the NDIS Commission register. We work with participants under Capacity Building supports across occupational therapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, dietetics, hydrotherapy, exercise physiology, group therapy and allied health assistant support.

Do you accept Medicare or private (non-NDIS) clients?

AF Therapy Services welcomes NDIS participants, Medicare Chronic Disease Management referrals, private health fund rebates, and self-funded/private-pay clients across our allied health services.

Can I access therapy via telehealth?

Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy consultations and Dietitian appointments can generally be delivered via telehealth; Hydrotherapy and most hands-on Physiotherapy require an in-person visit to our Balcatta pool and clinic.
